The first step of this recipe is to saute blended shallots and garlic until it becomes slightly dry and fragrant. Add 3 packs of MAGGI® Sambal Tumis and continue to fry until the oil separates. Next, add a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of tamarind stock and half a cup of water. Let it simmer for a bit and mix in the 10 stalks of sliced tuhau. Be sure to stir until everything is mixed well. Once the mixture is cooked, turn off the heat and mix it together with half a cup of fried anchovies. All done!
