Mix wheat flour, rice flour and MAGGI® CukupRasa. Set aside.

Heat the pan, add MAGGI® Sambal Tumis and sugar. Mix until the sugar dissolves and the sambal becomes thick.

Heat the oil, dip the mushrooms into the flour mixture and pour a little of the flour mixture on the mushrooms. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the mushrooms and add again to the flour mixture.

Before frying the mushrooms, discard a little of the flour mixture before going into the hot oil. Fry on medium heat. Repeat until finished.

Mix together the sambal with the mushrooms. Serve.
